Dr. Renee “Dr. Nay” White is an educator, scholar, media personality, bestselling author, speaker, interviewer, and creative visionary whose nearly four decades of work have been dedicated to helping people recognize their value, discover the power of their voice, and transform lived experience into purpose and impact.

 

Her work bridges education, media, culture, women's empowerment, leadership, and storytelling. Whether interviewing an accomplished woman leader, contributing insight to a strategic conversation, delivering a keynote, developing transformational programming, or using poetry and music to inspire, Dr. Nay brings the curiosity of an educator, the depth of a scholar, the humanity of a storyteller, and the vision of a strategist.

Different Roles. One Purpose.

For nearly four decades, education has been the foundation of Dr. Nay's work. As a longtime professor and literacy educator, she prepared generations of future teachers and spent 30 years teaching a graduate Cultural Literacy course she created to help educators examine how culture, values, and perspective influence the way we teach, lead, and understand others.

Over time, her classroom expanded.
