Dr. Renee “Dr. Nay” White is a multifaceted empowerment strategist, assuming different roles such as educator, television host, best-selling author, speaker, and Queen of Spoken Fusion dedicated to the same purpose of helping women and youth embrace their power, purpose, and greatness.
With nearly four decades of experience in education, leadership, media, and the arts, Dr. Nay uses every platform she serves on to uplift, inspire, and transform lives. From empowering classrooms and hosting impactful conversations on the SASSY Women Who Win TV Talk Show to writing transformational books and performing spoken fusion poetry, her mission remains the same—creating spaces where people feel seen, valued, empowered, and motivated to rise.
As Founder and CEO of Renee’s Way Inc., she champions initiatives focused on women’s empowerment, youth development, literacy, self-discovery, and social impact. Her creative collaboration with Grammy-winning producer Herb Middleton through her spoken fusion album Embrace Your Power 1113 further reflects her innovative approach to healing and empowerment through storytelling, poetry, and music.
