With nearly four decades of experience in education and leadership, Dr. Nay has dedicated her career to inspiring transformation through literacy, media, mentorship, the arts, and meaningful conversation. Whether serving as an educator in the classroom, hosting impactful interviews, speaking on stage, writing transformational books, or performing spoken fusion poetry, every role she embraces carries the same mission—uplifting and empowering individuals and communities.

 

As Founder and CEO of Renee’s Way Inc., a certified MWBE organization, she develops initiatives centered on women’s empowerment, youth development, self-discovery, and social impact. She is also the host of the SASSY Women Who Win TV Talk Show on the Total Faith Network (TFN), where she facilitates inspiring conversations with dynamic women whose stories motivate audiences around the globe.
