Where Stories Are Heard and Voices Matter

Where Conversations Become Connection

For Dr. Nay, hosting is more than asking questions—it is about creating space for stories that deserve to be heard.

As a media host, interviewer, and moderator, Dr. Nay brings the insight of a scholar, the curiosity of a storyteller, and the compassion of an empowerment strategist to every conversation. Her distinctive interview style goes beyond accomplishments to uncover the story behind the story—the defining moments, challenges, choices, cultural influences, lessons, and purpose that shape the person behind the success.

Through thoughtful, authentic dialogue, Dr. Nay creates an environment where guests can speak openly, audiences can see themselves reflected in the conversation, and lived experiences become opportunities for connection, understanding, growth, and transformation.

Whether in a television studio, on location, on the red carpet, at a live event, or in an intimate one-on-one conversation, Dr. Nay approaches every interview with preparation, presence, and genuine curiosity. She listens not simply for the next question, but for the moment that deserves to be explored more deeply.

Her conversations reach beyond titles and résumés. She is interested in who people are, what shaped them, what they have learned, what they stand for, and what they hope to leave behind.

That approach allows Dr. Nay to engage leaders, creatives, changemakers, entrepreneurs, educators, advocates, and cultural voices in conversations that are informative without feeling rehearsed—and personal without losing their professional depth.

At the heart of every conversation is her signature philosophy:

**Listen Deeply. Ask What Matters.

Amplify the Voice. Honor the Story.**

Because a meaningful interview does more than document achievement. It can illuminate culture, reveal humanity, challenge perspectives, preserve legacy—and sometimes help someone else see what is possible.

Real Conversations. Powerful Stories. Lasting Impact.

TWO SEASONS OF SASSY  TV TALK SHOW -- Women Who Win

For two seasons, Dr. Nay served as host of SASSY TV: Women Who Win, creating a conversational platform where women could share the stories behind their accomplishments, challenges, transformations, and triumphs.

Rather than focusing solely on what her guests had achieved, Dr. Nay invited them to explore how they got there—the obstacles they encountered, the choices they made, the lessons they learned, the moments that changed them, and the purpose that continued to move them forward.

Conversations crossed the worlds of entrepreneurship, education, media, entertainment, wellness, advocacy, faith, community leadership, and personal transformation. Yet regardless of the guest or subject, one question remained at the heart of the experience:

What can another woman learn from your journey?

That philosophy helped shape the interviewing approach Dr. Nay carries forward today—curious, culturally aware, compassionate, prepared, and willing to move beyond the surface.

SASSY TV celebrated Women Who Win not simply because of what they accomplished, but because of what they overcame, learned, created, and became along the way.

BEYOND THE STUDIO

Dr. Nay’s hosting experience extends beyond traditional television.

Her work encompasses on-location interviews, special-event coverage, red carpets, film premieres, panel moderation, cultural conversations, and live events—allowing her to move comfortably between the intimacy of a one-on-one interview and the energy of a live audience.

Her background as a longtime scholar and educator brings another dimension to that work. Decades spent examining culture, diversity, communication, and the ways people make meaning from their experiences inform the questions she asks and the stories she recognizes as worthy of deeper exploration.

Today, as her work expands across journalism, correspondent coverage, cultural storytelling, and global women’s leadership spaces, Dr. Nay continues to bring the same fundamental commitment to the microphone:

Be prepared. Be present. Be curious.

And always honor the person who has entrusted you with their story.
